Integrated Safety Mechanism
The VanishPoint IV Catheter contains a safety mechanism that, when activated, automatically retracts the introducer needle into the housing, where it remains through disposal. The push-off tab facilitates one-handed advancement and indicates the needle’s bevel orientation.
